Our insurance sales agents are full-time employees, not independent contractors.

Capper’s Insurance Service offers a complete benefit package that includes Group Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Group Life, Voluntary Long term disability, paid vacation, sick pay, a 401(k) plan, and more. Of course, the benefit of employment versus being an independent contractor means more money for you as we pay one half of your Social Security taxes.

We reimburse the expense of insurance licensing and compensate new employees for passing the state insurance exam.

Capper’s Insurance Service provides extensive classroom training to help new employees master our products and sales practices. We compensate our new employees while they attend class.

Extensive field training is provided by successful career agents and managers. You will work with experienced salespeople and learn from their proven marketing techniques. And you'll get paid during sales training.

Compensation consists of a guaranteed minimum income base, commission from sales of insurance and publications and various incentive bonuses. Commissions earned are annualized and paid in advance to our employees. This enables our employees to generate income immediately versus waiting weeks or months for policies to issue. The compensation package provides the safety of a minimum income while providing tremendous income potential. Many of our career sales employees enjoy six-figure incomes that grow, year after year, as their renewal commissions build.
